What if I miss a day?
No problem. Bili Cards is designed to fit into family life, not create another obligation. Just come back when you’re ready and continue where you left off.
Is it only one vocabulary word a day?
No. Each card has one main focus word, then builds around it with related vocabulary, useful phrases, simple grammar patterns, and native audio. The goal is to gradually learn how to use French in real life, not simply memorize isolated words.
Can I go back to previous cards?
Yes. Once a card has been unlocked, you can revisit it anytime to review the vocabulary, phrases, and audio.
Can I move faster or unlock more than one card a day?
Bili Cards is built around gradual progression and consistency rather than information overload. New cards follow the daily progression so you have time to hear, use, and absorb new French in real life before moving on. Vocabulary and structures also reappear throughout the journey, helping what you learn become more familiar over time.
Can I change my personalization later?
Yes. You can update details about your child’s family context and everyday environment as things change. You don’t need to update their age manually: Bili Cards grows with your child and gradually introduces new routines, interactions, and vocabulary as they get older.
Will learning two languages confuse my child?
No. Exposure to more than one language from an early age does not confuse children, and mixing languages is a normal part of multilingual development. You can simply keep modelling natural French without correcting every mixed sentence.
What if my child doesn’t repeat the words or answer in French?
That’s completely normal. Understanding often develops before speaking, especially when a child is first being exposed to another language. There is no need to force a response in French. Keep using simple, meaningful French naturally and let your child respond in whichever way feels comfortable.
What if my child mixes French and English?

Bili Cards gives you a structured way to make French part of everyday life and build from there.
Can I use Bili Cards if my child is older than 5?
Yes, especially if your child is new to French. The current vocabulary, routines, and family situations are primarily designed for children from birth to age 5, but older beginners can still benefit from the progression.
Do I keep access to the cards I’ve already unlocked?
Yes. Once a card is unlocked, it stays in your collection so you can return to it anytime to review the vocabulary, phrases, and audio.
Can I upgrade to a larger card pack later?
Yes. If you decide you want to continue your Bili Cards journey, you can upgrade to a larger card pack without starting over.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Bili Cards works directly in your browser. You can also add it to your phone’s home screen for quick access, so it behaves much like an app without requiring a traditional app-store download.
