This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Bili Cards, available at www.bilicards.com.
Bili Cards is a digital service that unlocks content progressively, generally with one new vocabulary card made available each day.
1. Statutory Withdrawal and Refund Rights
Refunds and withdrawal rights are handled according to the minimum requirements of the laws applicable in the consumer’s country of residence.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason, unless an exception applies.
During any applicable withdrawal period, you will only have access to the content made available during that period.
2. How to Request a Refund or Withdrawal

3. Approved Refunds
If your request is valid under applicable law, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Once the refund has been processed, your access to Bili Cards will be disabled.
4. After the Applicable Refund or Withdrawal Period
After any applicable legal withdrawal or refund period has expired, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we are unable to provide access to the Service due to a technical issue on our side that we cannot resolve.
Refunds are not provided after the applicable period for lack of use, change of mind, failure to use the product regularly, or because the user no longer wants access.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing Bili Cards, please contact us at hello@bilicards.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If the issue is caused by us and we are unable to provide access, we may offer a refund where required by applicable law or at our discretion.
